Customer Success Lead

Metica is an AI-driven monetisation platform transforming how mobile game studios grow.
We are looking for a Customer Success Lead to build the function that delivers the market leading technology to customers.
This is a foundational role. You don’t inherit a fully built CS machine - you help design it. You shape how customers get to value smoothly, how we address risks early, and how we grow customer success with AI-first workflows to provide a better customer experience in a more scalable way.
The right person is a commercially sharp, people-oriented operator: you get energy from solving problems with and for customers, and you understand their business and Metica’s platform intimately. Customers should want to talk to you because they know the value you unlock for them.
What You Will Do
Own the customer journey from signed customer to live integration, proven uplift, rollout, and long-term expansion
Build an AI-first CS operating model: workflows, playbooks, customer health signals, follow-up systems across a hybrid human-agent team
Turn customer conversations, product signals, and performance data into clear next steps
Coordinate across product, engineering, analytics, and commercial teams to remove blockers quickly
Help customers understand what is working, what needs attention, and how to get to value faster
Create the repeatable processes that let Metica support many studios and games without becoming a traditional service-heavy CS org
Who You Are
You can build trust with customer stakeholders
You have experience in mobile gaming, ad monetisation, mediation, UA, or analytics
You are structured, reliable, and good at turning ambiguity into clear action
You are comfortable with data and can reason about customer value, performance, and blockers
You like building systems, not just managing individual relationships
You are excited by AI-native ways of working and want to help define what modern Customer Success should look like
You can operate hands-on in an early-stage environment where the process is still being built
Bonus
Experience building CS, onboarding, RevOps, or customer health systems from scratch
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Linear, Notion, dashboards like Metabase and AI automation tooling
Commercial instincts around expansion, renewals, and portfolio growth
