Integration, Predictable Performance
For Garden City Games, the integration was a non-event in the best possible way. The SDK was live within days, required minimal engineering effort on their side, and at no point did the team feel their live operations were at risk. The system started delivering immediately and has run reliably ever since, with no instability and no surprises.
What also stood out was the working relationship. The Metica team stayed close throughout, were quick to respond, and made the whole process feel low-effort and low-risk from start to finish. Their CXO Todd English puts it best:
"From the get-go, it was great working with Metica. Super easy to integrate, the team is really attentive, helpful and reassuring. It feels like a true extension of our team." — Todd English, COO and Founder
The Results
SmartFloors delivered statistically significant uplift across both titles now live and the rest of the portfolio is in motion.
Kitchen Scramble: +15% ad revenue Peak Brain Training: +19% ad revenue
The gains were driven primarily by a strong increase in CPM, with SmartFloors continuously optimising bid floors in real time across geo, placement, device, and demand signals. Rewarded video impressions also saw a slight uplift. Technical performance throughout has been rock solid.

Results are only half the story
Uplift that comes at the cost of engineering headaches, integration risk, or stressful back-and-forth is uplift with a hidden price tag. Metica's view is that the full picture matters: strong topline performance, delivered through a process that is secure, stable, and genuinely easy to work with. Garden City Games experienced exactly that. The numbers were there, and so was everything around them.
"With Metica, we got the results we were looking for, but what impressed us just as much was how smooth the whole experience was. No stress, no risk, just a team that made it easy and delivered." — Klaas Kersting, CEO, Phoenix Games
